The Shepherd’s Hut was so cute and cosy. The wood fired stove was fab and all of the details inside were a lovely touch and really added to the place. Delicious cookies on arrival too. Great location to Portstewart/Portrush and Giants Causeway and so much to do and see nearby. I would definitely return!

From start to finish, head to toe, cute cosy and relaxing atmosphere. Everything you could need had been thought of. Cookies from Pete’s Bakery were incredible. Would definitely be back and recommend ✨

Peatlands was a wonderful place to stay. The shepherd's hut was perfect, equipped with everything we needed and more. Pete's bakery was a big hit with both of us. We could have not wished for a better stay in a perfect shepherd's hut in a perfect location.

A fabulous place to stay! The hut was super cosy and absolutely spotless. Breakfast and freshly baked goods from Pete’s Bread were simply amazing too! Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Would I recommend Peatlands - the easiest and biggest yes!

Excellent 2 night stay in Curlew at Peatlands. Emma & Pete have put lots of effort and attention to detail into making Peatlands a very comfortable and relaxing environment. Both very welcoming and helpful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The homebaked goods are worth ordering!

Thanks for a lovely experience, it’s the perfect way to recharge after a long flight. Absolutely love the immaculately presented, brilliantly thought-out shepherd’s hut. Emma was super helpful and provided the perfect level of assistance. Would love to go back some day.

We loved our stay at Peatlands. Such a peaceful and private area. We had the sourdough in the morning and it was lovely! Perfect location for all the local beaches, coffee shops and walks. Shepherd’s hut was very clean and cosy. Highly recommend.

Our stay at Peatlands was amazing. The hut is absolutely perfect. The cookies, breakfast and sourdough bread were all outstanding, definitely a highlight along with the calm and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family.

We had a great night in the Curlew hut overlooking a wonderful pond! We enjoyed a BBQ and wood fire in the evening. The hut also got beautiful morning sun which made our fresh breakfast bakes just perfect! Will visit again 😊

What an oasis! Exactly what I wished for - calm and cosy retreat. Replenishment for body and soul. Sounds of wind, rain, grass and trees. Love the wood and natural materials - the hut is a triumph. Chocolate cookies excellent too.

The hut was absolutely beautiful set in a peaceful and private setting. Emma and Pete were very welcoming and went over and above to ensure our stay was perfect. Pete's famous sourdough loaf was absolutely delicious delivered to the door of hut this morning. Will definitely be back!! 😀
